Delete your account

Effective date: September 27, 2026

You can delete your Grabify account and all of its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

Open Grabify and go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm. You're signed out once it's done.

By email

If you can't use the app, email grabifyrecipes@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Grabify account". We may ask you to confirm the request, then we delete the account within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

Your account: name, email address, sign-in methods and sessions
Your saved recipes
Your cookbooks, meal plans and shopping lists
Your import history and usage counts

Deleting from the app removes this right away. Copies in our providers' backups disappear when those backups expire on their regular schedules.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it first in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. See Refunds if you need your money back.

Before you delete

Deletion can't be undone. To keep your recipes, export them first from Profile → Settings → Export Recipes.
