Refunds

Effective date: September 27, 2026

Grabify subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store, so Apple handles billing and refunds. We can't see your payment details or issue App Store refunds ourselves.

Request a refund from Apple

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. Choose "Request a refund", pick a reason, and select the Grabify purchase.
  3. Submit the request. Apple usually replies within a few days.

Apple decides refunds under its own policies and the consumer laws where you live.

Stop future charges

A refund doesn't cancel your subscription. To stop it renewing, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Grabify and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
