Terms of Use

1. Who can use Grabify

Grabify is not directed at children. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe.

2. What Grabify does

Grabify fetches the public content behind a link you give it, such as a post caption, a video's transcript or a web page, and uses automated tools, including AI, to turn it into a recipe you can save. We don't host or publish other people's posts; we make a private copy of the recipe for your account.

Always check a recipe before you cook it. Automated extraction can get amounts, ingredients, temperatures or times wrong, and it won't reliably catch allergens. You're responsible for food safety, allergies and dietary needs.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Import content you don't have the right to access, such as private posts shared with you in confidence
• Republish, sell or commercially distribute recipes you import from other creators
• Use bots, scripts or automated tools to access Grabify, or try to get around usage limits
• Copy, reverse engineer or resell the service, or interfere with how it runs
• Use Grabify for anything illegal, harmful or that infringes someone else's rights

4. Your content and your responsibility

You're responsible for the links you import and for how you use the recipes you save. Content you create yourself, such as your cookbooks, meal plans and shopping lists, stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can provide Grabify to you.

5. Creators and attribution

Recipes you import come from creators who own their videos, photos and writing. Grabify keeps a link back to the original post and creator with every imported recipe, and you should keep that credit if you share a recipe with anyone. Grabify is for your personal use: please support creators by following and visiting them. Creators can ask us to remove their content by emailing grabifyrecipes@gmail.com.

6. Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Grabify is free to download and includes 10 recipe imports a month. Grabify Pro adds unlimited imports and costs $7.99 a month or $39.99 a year. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial.

• Subscriptions are bought in the app and charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• The 7-day free trial is for new subscribers. You're charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• If the price changes, Apple will tell you in advance and, where required, ask you to agree before your subscription renews at the new price.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; see Refunds. Deleting your Grabify account does not cancel an App Store subscription.

7. Our service

Grabify, including its design, software and name, belongs to us. We may change, add or remove features, and we may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using Grabify and delete your account at any time; see Delete your account.

8. Disclaimers

Grabify is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, error-free, or able to read every link, or that extracted recipes will be complete or accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Grabify. Our total liability for any claim relating to Grabify is limited to the amount you paid us for Grabify in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

10. Apple App Store terms

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for Grabify or its content, has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for it, and isn't responsible for any claims relating to it, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. If Grabify fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the app's purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also follow the App Store's Usage Rules.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date. For significant changes, we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Grabify after that, you accept the new terms.
